Keith Aulie Suspended
Edmonton Oilers' defenseman Keith Aulie was suspended for two games by the NHL's department of player safety for an illegal check to the head of Calgary Flames' forward Matt Stajan. The infraction occurred at 19:05 of the first period in Calgary's 4-3 overtime win on Saturday. Aulie was assessed a match penalty as a result of the hit. He will surrender $8.602.16 total for the two games. Aulie, 25, has no goals, assists, or points in 13 games this season.
