Horachek Named Interim Head Coach
The Toronto Maple Leafs named assistant coach Peter Horachek as their interim head coach after Randy Carlyle was fired yesterday. Horachek coached the Florida Panthers for most of the 2013-14 season. In 66 games, he led the Panthers to a (26-36-4) record. He will make his Maple Leafs head coaching debut in tonight's game against the Washington Capitals.
