Steve Mason Injured
Philadelphia Flyers' goaltender Steve Mason suffered a lower-body injury in today's game against the Boston Bruins. At 12:56 of the first period, he went down to make a save on a bouncing shot from Bruins' forward Craig Cunningham. He was unable to get up, but a little later, he was able to skate off the ice. Mason, 26, has a record of (8-12-6) with one shutout in 28 games this season.
