Two Lightning Players Injured

The Tampa Bay Lightning lost to the Philadelphia Flyers tonight by a score of 7-3. The Lightning did not just lose the game. They lost two players to lower-body injuries throughout the course of the game. Defenseman Victor Hedman was injured in the first period and forward Tyler Johnson was injured in the second period. Hedman, 24, has five goals, 15 assists, and 20 points in 26 games this season. Johnson, also 24, has 17 goals, 29 assists, and 46 points in 43 games this season. He was selected to the 2015 All Star Game.
