Blue Jackets Place Jack Skille on Injured Reserve
The Columbus Blue Jackets placed forward Jack Skille on the injured reserve. He sustained a lower-body injury in the game on January 9 against the Toronto Maple Leafs. Skille, 27, has five goals, two assists, and seven points in 35 games this season. To take his place, the Blue Jackets called up forward Josh Anderson from Springfield of the American Hockey League. Anderson, 20, has yet to make his NHL debut.
