Stars Place Ritchie on Injured Reserve, Call up Two
The Dallas Stars placed forward Brett Ritchie on the injured reserve. Ritchie, 21, has three goals, one assist, and four points in eight games this season. The Stars also called up forward Curtis McKenzie and defenseman Jyrki Jokipakka from the Texas Stars of the American Hockey League. McKenzie, 23, has one goal, no assists, and one point in 14 games this season. Jokipakka, also 23, has no goals, three assists, and three points in 16 games this season.
