Blackhawks Acquire Spencer Abbott
The Chicago Blackhawks acquired forward Spencer Abbott from the Toronto Maple Leafs in exchange for defenseman T.J. Brennan. Abbott, 26, made his NHL debut with the Maple Leafs in the 2013-14 season. In one NHL game, he did not record any goals, assists, or points. Brennan, 25, has played in 40 career games for the Buffalo Sabres and Florida Panthers. He has four goals, seven assists, and 11 points in his career.
