Steve Mason Out 2-3 Weeks
The Philadelphia Flyers announced that goaltender Steve Mason will miss two to three weeks with a lower-body injury. He was injured in Saturday's 3-1 over the Washington Capitals on Saturday. Mason, 26, has a record of (11-12-7) with two shutouts in 34 games. To take his place, the Flyers called up goaltender Anthony Stolarz from Lehigh Valley of the American Hockey League. Stolarz, 21, has yet to make his NHL debut.
