Oilers Place Two on Injured Reserve, Call Up Two
The Edmonton Oilers placed forwards Taylor Hall and Benoit Pouliot on the injured reserve. Hall, 23, has 11 goals, 19 assists, and 30 points in 42 games this season. Pouliot, 28, has 11 goals, six assists, and 17 points in 33 games this season. The Oilers also called up goaltender Richard Bachman and forward Ryan Hamilton from Oklahoma City of the American Hockey League. Bachman, has a career record of (14-12-2) with one shutout in 35 career games with the Dallas Stars and Edmonton Oilers. Hamilton, 29, has no goals, three assists, and three points in 14 career games for the Toronto Maple Leafs and Oilers.
