Devils Call Up Two
The New Jersey Devils called up forwards Stefan Matteau and Joe Whitney from Albany of the American Hockey League. Matteau, 20, made his NHL debut with the Devils in the lockout-shortened 2012-13 season. In 17 career games, he has one goal, two assists, and three points. Whitney, 26, made his NHL debut with the Devils last season. In one career game, he did not register any goals, assists, or points.
