Hartnell to the Injured Reserve
The Columbus Blue Jackets placed forward Scott Hartnell on the injured reserve with a broken finger. He was injured in the Blue Jackets' 3-2 overtime win over the Washington Capitals on Thursday. Hartnell, 32, has six goals, 11 assists, and 17 points in 28 games this season. To take his place, the Blue Jackets called up forward Kerby Rychel. The 20-year-old forward has no goals, three assists, and three points in four games this season.
