Ducks Call Up Two and Send Down Two
The Anaheim Ducks called up forward Dany Heatley and goaltender Ilya Bryzgalov from the Norfolk Admirals of the American Hockey League. Heatley, 33, has played in four games for the Ducks this season. He has 372 goals, 419 assists, and 791 points in 867 career games with the Atlanta Thrashers, Ottawa Senators, San Jose Sharks, Minnesota Wild, and the Ducks. Bryzgalov, 34, has played in 457 career games with the Anaheim Ducks, Phoenix Coyotes, Philadelphia Flyers, Edmonton Oilers, and Minnesota Wild. He has a career record of (220-158-53) with 34 shutouts. To make room, the Ducks sent down forward Chris Wagner and goaltender Jason LaBarbera. Wagner, 23, has no goals, assists, or points in two games with the Ducks this season. LaBarbera, 34, has posted a record of (2-0-1) in five games this season.
