Senators Sign Mark Fraser
The Ottawa Senators signed defenseman Mark Fraser to a one-year/two-way contract worth $800,000 at the NHL level. Fraser, 28, has played in 219 career games for the Devils, Maple Leafs, and Oilers. He has four goals, 18 assists, and 22 points in his career.
