Blackhawks Release Three

The Chicago Blackhawks released forwards Tomas Kopecky and Daniel Paille and defenseman Lubomir Visnovsky from their professional tryout contracts. Kopecky, 33, has played in 578 career games for the Red Wings, Blackhawks, and Panthers. He has 68 goals, 106 assists, and 174 points in his career. Paille, 31, has played in 570 career games for the Sabres and Bruins. He has 85 goals, 87 assists, and 172 points in his career. Visnovsky, 39, has played in 883 career games for the Kings, Oilers, Ducks, and Islanders. He has 128 goals, 367 assists, and 495 points in his career.
