Capitals Sign Derek Roy to PTO
The Washington Capitals signed forward Derek Roy to a professional tryout contract. Roy, 32, has played in 738 career games for the Sabres, Stars, Canucks, Blues, Predators, and Oilers. He has 189 goals, 335 assists, and 524 points in his career.
