Avalanche Release Curtis Glencross
The Colorado Avalanche released forward Curtis Glencross from his professional tryout contract. Glencross, 32, has played in 507 career games for the Duck, Blue Jackets, Oilers, Flames, and Capitals. He has 134 goals, 141 assists, and 275 points in his career. During the preseason, he was signed to professional tryout contracts by the Toronto Maple Leafs and Colorado Avalanche. He was subsequently released from both.
