Hurricanes Re-Sign Justin Shugg
The Carolina Hurricanes re-signed forward Justin Shugg to a one-year/two-way deal worth $600,000 at the NHL level. Shugg, 23, made his NHL debut with the Hurricanes last season. In three games, he did not register any goals, assists, or points.
