Canadiens Acquire Torrey Mitchell
The Montreal Canadiens acquired forward Torrey Mitchell from the Buffalo Sabres in exchange for forward Jack Nevins and a 2016 seventh-round pick. Mitchell, 30, has six goals, seven assists, and 13 points in 51 games this season. Nevins, 21, has yet to appear in an NHL game.
